MyaCall - Phone Ordering


• With Myasoft Multi Channel Retail, you will now be able to forward your customers' orders to the nearest branches through calls to your call centers. Thus, you will have added another channel for sale.

• With the MyaRes Call Center - Home Service Management, agents in your call centers will be able to see incoming calls on the MyaRes screen. If they are not busy, they will be able to respond by touching the screen. If they are busy, the incoming call will wait in line and the caller's information will be recorded even if it is terminated by the customer. Can be returned to the customer.

• If the customer is predefined in the system, his name and address will appear on the screen. If not, the agent will receive the address information, identify the customer in the system, and take the order and open a package for the order in MyaRes.

• The orderer will place an order at the address of the closest branch to the address of the customer. In this way, orders will be seen in kitchen printers or kitchen screens, if any, and the process will begin. Courier and delivery information will then be recorded in the call center database.

• In this way, your customers will be able to order over your call centers by phone, without needing to search the internet or which branch is nearby.
