Services that are offered by Adampos technical support team show differences according to time of the received services and presentation of services.Some technical services can be solved with phone according to requirement of customers or some technical services can be solved in company of customers. These services that are suitable for different requirement presents three different contracts according to customers' priorities and requirement analysis.

  • Adampos gives update service to customers with this contract as long as customers buy the license package.This service is priced per user. If this contract don’t signed by customers, software cannot be updated by AdamPos.

  • If customer have some problems about sales,installation,supported hardware and software.,AdamPos solves these problems with call center or remote access solutions.If hardware have some problems,we can service to you with cost. You must give extra cost for spare part.
  • 3) COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT AGREEMENT
  • If customer have some problems about sales,installation,supported hardware and software. Adampos solves these problems with call center or remote access solutions .You must give extra cost for spare part.

  • INSTALLATION AND TRAINING SERVICES
  • Myasoft program's infrastructure or software may be corrupted because of problems which is caused by the windows operating system, vırus and hardware failures.In such cases, you need to re-install Myasoft after you fix the problems' your system.Re-installation of the software can be resolved over the phone with the help of our support.Even if contract has this support, the service will be charged per call
